Eastern Capital Partners is a Norwegian company that is engaged in buy-up, sale and development of real estate in former Eastern Europe. We are currently focusing on the Ukrainian market, first and foremost the capital Kyiv (Kiev).

We invest in greenfield projects, office-, production-, warehousing- and logistic facilities.

Every project is initiated by a solid financial frame, with the possibility for the right investor to participate. The projects themselves have a relative short timeframe. The buyers of the projects are large well known international companies, which do not have real estate as one of their business areas.

Eastern Capital Partners has a substantial network in Eastern Europe, and also has our own local office in Kyiv.
